Returns

We accept returns only for products that are:

- Damaged during delivery

- Defective

- Incorrectly delivered

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos/videos of the product, and packaging.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and verified, an eligible refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important

As our products are made from natural coconut shells, slight variations in colour, shape, size, and texture are natural and are not considered defects.

Products damaged or used after delivery, or returns requested due to change of mind, are generally not eligible for a refund.
